Priority Shipping

You will need to overnight the flowers. The US Post Office, Fed Ex, or UPS are able to provide these services for you. As long as they guarantee next day delivery. Once the flowers arrive we will call you to confirm that we have received them.

Selection and Display

You will need to set up an online consultation to select your display and design. This should be done within 4 weeks of the wedding. A 50% deposit is required to order the display. The balance will be due upon completion of the keepsake.

Shipping Your Flowers

You will Need:

• A box big enough for the flowers
• Packing Material (newspaper, tissue paper, or packing peanuts)
• Packing Tape
• Frozen Coolant Block or 2 bottles of frozen water

Packing Instructions

1. Tape coolant or bottles to the bottom of the box.
2. Add a layer of packing material
3. Place flowers into the box
4. Fill the box with packing material to secure the flowers
5. Write FRAGILE and indicate THIS SIDE UP on outside of box.
